How to start a return or refund

Email info@adorepet.com or call 888-559-4344 within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number so we can find your purchase quickly. We’re also happy to answer product questions and coach you on best use to help you get great results before we process a refund.

What’s covered

  • Risk-free trial: If you’re not satisfied for any reason within 30 days, we’ll refund your purchase price.

  • No need to return used product in most cases. If we do need an item back (for example, a shipping error), we’ll let you know and provide simple instructions.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take 3–5 business days to post the credit.

Damaged, missing, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at info@adorepet.com or call 888-559-4344. We’ll replace it or refund you promptly.

If you purchased ADORE through a retailer or marketplace, you can return it through them per their policy—or contact us and we’ll help make it right.
